Q:Is this a royalty free library?
A: No. All purchases are good for one year. HOWEVER, any usage during that time is cleared "IN-PERPETUITY" (that means forever) so you will never again have to pay for the projects completed during the license period. If you wish to continue using the track(s) for new projects after the period is up, simply renew the license for another year. If you are confused by any of this, please contact us, we promise it's super mellow and you won't be hounded by annoying sales people

Q:What makes you guys so special? There are a bazillion libraries out there,
why should I buy from you?
A: There are a bazillion species of venomous spiders out there as well. The OML is a legitimately unique collection owned and curated by seasoned professionals with years of high end industry expertise. This isn't our first rodeo and we don't crowd source - in fact we despise it. It's hard to become one of our writers; we feature real music by real composers, exclusive to the OML. Couple that with very affordable pricing, (absurdly low actually for non-commercial clients) immediate downloading and super easy licensing. We are also nice guys who want your business and will do whatever we can to satisfy your particular needs and requirements.

Q:How do I find publishing and writer information for cue sheets?
A: All publishing information in viewable in your account history. As a fast FYI, our ASCAP publisher is LOLANELSON MUSIC, Our BMI Publisher is VERY NAKED MUSIC, and our SESAC Publisher is WELL DESIGNED MUSIC

Q:I need production music and I don't have a lot of money. Can you help someone like me?
A: Absolutely. Click here

Q:I need a :30 (or any other length) edit of a tune.
A: We offer custom edits to commercial clients as part of out member services. Simply log in to your account, click on "I want custom edits" and fill out the request form. We will get your edit to you ASAP.

Q:Why are all sales final?
A: We sell digital downloads, 0's and 1's, not tangible, official replicas of Gilligan's hat. Once they are downloaded, it is physically impossible for them to be returned. Please be sure to order only what you want. We offer several opportunities to preview the cues before purchasing.

Q:What does "My Project Cues" mean?
A: Think of this as a wish list. The reason you can think of this as a wish list is because it is a wish list. We just call it "My Project Cues" to make our professional clientele happy. You can store as many of your favorite cues here as you want and sort them in separate project folders. it's very cool and handy.

Q:Where is my confirmation email?
A: There may be some rare occasions where OML emails can be misconstrued as SPAM by your mail client. Hard to believe yet true. If you do not get a confirmation email from an order after several minutes, please check your SPAM folder. If you still do not see it please contact us at: info@organicmusiclibrary.com.

Q:I am already a member. How can I purchase a Blanket License?
A: Many of our members choose to purchase blanket licenses once they realize how much they love using the OML. You are welcome to purchase a blanket license at any time. Simply go to Music Licensing and Pricing and select the usaage that applies to you. The approriate Blankets are available from there.

Q:How can I shut that voice off when I preview the cues?
A: That voice is our "watermark" to protect the property of our writers. That sound is automatically muted when owners of blanket licenses are logged in to the site.

Q:Can I get a demo file to test against picture?
A: It's possible if you are a commercial client. You MUST first register, then contact us. If you qualify, we will send you a watermarked (it has that voice on it) copy as a proxy.

Q:How do I renew My Blanket License?
A:

1. Click on “My Account”
2. Log in (if you are not already logged in )
3. Click on “Account Profile / Blanket License Information."
   You will see your License information at the top of you personal information panel. Click on “Renew License” to the right of that.
4. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed with the checkout.
5. Your renewal date will be updated as soon as the credit process clears. You will be able to acquire music as you have been doing.

Q:Do you accept checks?
A: Yes, but you won't have access to the library until the check has cleared, for this reason most of our clients prefer credit card purchase. We accept all major cards.
